These Terms govern your use of the Shisha Reset app ("the app"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.
Not medical advice. Shisha Reset is an informational and motivational tool to help you reduce or quit hookah. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health and before making changes related to nicotine use. The health timelines and estimates shown are general illustrations, not guarantees.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store terms.
Subscriptions & purchases
Shisha Reset Pro is offered as:
- Yearly auto-renewing subscription, with a 3-day free trial;
- Quarterly (3-month) auto-renewing subscription;
- Lifetime — a one-time, non-renewing purchase.
Key terms:
- Prices are shown in the app and may vary by region and over time.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- If you start the free trial and don't cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription automatically.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we cannot issue refunds directly.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app — including attempting to reverse-engineer it, interfere with it, or use it unlawfully.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes
We may update these Terms; the revised version will be posted at this URL with a new date.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your country / jurisdiction], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
