Common questions

Manage or cancel a subscription

On your iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Shisha Reset. There you can switch plans or cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current period. (Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.)

Restore a purchase

New phone or reinstalled the app? Open Settings inside Shisha Reset and tap Restore purchases (also on the paywall). Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you bought with.

Free trial & billing

The yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Reset your data

Open Settings in the app to reset your streak or clear your logs. All data is stored on your device, so deleting the app also removes everything.

Notifications

Turn reminders on or off in the app's Settings → Notifications. If you don't see them, check iOS Settings → Notifications → Shisha Reset is allowed.

Microphone

The mic is only used for the optional "Record Your Why" exercise, and the recording stays on your device. You can use the rest of the app without granting access.
